About Me
I’m a fairly regular guy. 37 years old, auto parts sales manager and I admit I’m addicted to any sport that includes speed. I like going very fast! But that isn’t why you’re reading this, and it’s not why I decided to put up this simple blog.
Of course, the reason you are reading this is because I also suffered for many years with genital warts.
To make a long story short, my first genital warts showed up around my 27th birthday. I don’t need to tell you about the all the feelings that come with discovering you have this condition, I’m sure you are well aware how this problem can wound your self-confidence.
Anyway, I was lucky and ended up marrying a woman with the same condition. We tried various things to rid ourselves of our problem.
We bought one of those “books of miracle cures” that was advertised on a late night infomercial. We tried the “miracle” genital wart cure using grocery items and health food store items. Neither one of us had an outbreak for about 3 months. We thought we had found the solution, but about a week after Thanksgiving 2008 we both had another outbreak.
Let me tell you one thing I learned about this condition. If you don’t take a pro-active approach to this the problem becomes bigger and much more frequent.
It wasn’t as big a problem for us as for many others, I’m sure, because we shared this problem in a monogamous marriage. (At least I thought so at the time!)
Then, for other reasons I won’t go into here, we decided to go our separate ways!
My wife wanted to “find herself”. She thinks we go married too young. And, she decided she wants to reclaim some of the youth she thinks she lost (??)
Divorce is hard, but the thought of jumping back into the “dating pool” with this condition sent me into a bit of a downward spiral.
Finding a way to cure or control my genital warts became a priority. I heard about Wartrol on a forum. There seemed to be a lot of positive feedback, and a few negative comments.
After a little research, here’s what I found.
The Good News!
This stuff works. I’m living proof that Wartrol it does. Will it work for you? I don’t know, but I’ve been 23 months without any signs of an outbreak.
The Bad News!
There is a lot of blogs and forum posts out there that says Wartrol is a scam, or doesn’t work. I can only guess that many of these comments came from people who didn’t complete the entire treatment. You MUST continue to Wartrol to eliminate your genital warts for the entire recommended period. (I think it’s about 6 months back when I started it). If you just take it for a month or two you’ll probably be disappointed. Or maybe it works on the type of genital warts I had but doesn’t work on everyone. I don’t know, I only know it worked in my case.
So, if you are looking for an overnight cure, Wartrol isn’t the solution you’re looking for. However, if you are willing to spend the 5-6 months to eliminate this problem from your life, I suggest you give it a try.
My Conclusion
Does Wartrol work? I’ll be blunt. I’m not a doctor or a health practitioner and I can’t say whether it will work for you or not. I bought it, I did exactly what I was told to do with it, followed the instruction to a “T”, and it’s lifted a large burden off me. For me, it sure worked!
I wanted to write this blog to help any of you out there that might be feeling as desperate as I was when I got forced back into “the dating pool”.
Good Luck
Chuck
